Session Description

Yoga/Pilates. Allow your mind and body to be invigorated, stimulated and released in Power Yoga. The workout is designed to restore your natural posture, increase strength and improve flexibility. Strengthens back and flattens your abdomen.

 

Kickstart Your Week!! It's a Blast

UK Combat. Energising, exiting and fun motivational workout. With the use of jabs and kicks choreographed to uplifting music. Ideal for those who are not well co-ordinated. Will trim you from top to toe.

 

Fun Fat Burners

Aerobics/Aerofunk. A fun innovating aerobic workout designed to improve your cardiovascular system and lung capacity whilst challenging your stamina and co-ordination skills.

 

AeroTone. Half cardio vascular, half cardio, in the form of aerobics followed by 30 mins of toning - focusing on abs and core.

 

Cardio-Tone. 30 mins of fun, funky aerobics, then 30 mins of intense body toning. Find muscles you never knew existed!

 

Fat Busta / Circuits. A great fat burning and challenging workout, combining muscular strength and endurance. Using free-weights, bars, skip ropes, fit balls, etc. Punch bags will be incorporated into "Box N Circuit".

 

Let Your Body Take Shape

Bums, Legs & Tums / Tone It UK Style. This workout will help you regain and maintain your curves in the right places and increase muscular strength and endurance without the impact. Weighted bars, dumbbells and your own body weight may be used to get the desired results.

 

UK Pump. Workout with weights. High reps, low weights workout... Great body toning workout!

 

6 Pack Workout. Working on the abdomen and back, using the core muscles as well as the external muscles to help you achieve that perfect "6 Pack".

 

LEVELS

Level 1 - For the new or those returning to excercise.

Level 2 - Suitable for those who excercise regularly.

All Levels - Suitable for all. Options for varying abilities will be given.

 

Guidelines To Ensure A Safe And Enjoyable Workout

  • Always inform the insructor of any injuries, disabilities, post operative or ante/post natal conditions.
  • Wear appropriate clothing and footwear where applicable.
  • Bring a towel and a bottle of water.
